Assistant Pastoral Manager
36 ¼ hours per week, term time only

Scale 4 / 5: £16,536 - £20,736 (pro rata), actual salary £13,993 - £17,546 p.a.

The successful candidate will be attached to a specific year group and will work with the pastoral manager responsible for these pupils. There will be a requirement to promote positive attitudes and behaviour as well as liaising with parents and staff. In addition, there will be a need to attend Parents Consultations and Awards Ceremonies.

Training will be acquired through the experience of working an experienced Pastoral Manager. However, it is possible that additional training may be available should the need arise. It is expected that the person appointed will progress from assistant to pastoral manager in due course.
