Assistant Site Supervisor
Scale 3 SCP 14-17 (£15,153 - £16,217 per annum)
(Subject to a pay and grading review the grade of this post may change)

Full time permanent post.

We are looking to appoint an Assistant Site Supervisor who will be responsible for the provision of service and cleaning staff on site.

Other duties include key holder, porterage, general maintenance and assisting the Site Supervisor.

The applicant must be able to work independently and as part of a team. S/he must be able to complete routine maintenance duties to a high standard and also have good interpersonal skills. Some training will be available to the successful applicant. The person must also be able to work either of the following patterns:

• 1.00 – 9.15pm (permanent shift)
• Rotating shift pattern: 6.30am – 2.30pm and 1.00 – 9.15pm
