Hollingworth is a large, mixed, oversubscribed 11-16 Specialist Business & Enterprise College in the Pennine Village of Milnrow, Rochdale near J21 M62. 

We were inspected by Ofsted in December 2005 and were categorised as a ‘good’ school.  Examination results are well above average (5A*/C 61% CVA 1000+).  We have a very positive reputation amongst parents and the local community and we are recognised as a college which prides itself on the high standards of our pupil’s behaviour.

The Department has:

• Well equipped rooms
• Technician support
• One part-time experienced teacher and one full-time NQT
• Courses in ‘Food & Nutrition’, ‘Catering’ and ‘Health & Social Care’ at KS4

We are looking for someone who will:

• Have excellent teaching skills and good classroom management techniques
• Be ICT literate
• Have the ability to preferably teach both ‘food’ and ‘health & social care’
