Pastoral Manager

36 ¼ hours per week, term time only. Scale 6 - (pro rata)- actual salary £17,681.35 - £18,864.34

Required to start as soon as possible, or by January 2007 at the latest.

The successful candidate will be responsible for working with individual pupils as well as with a year group in the lower school to ensure pupil welfare and promote positive attitudes and behaviour. 

They will encourage and develop parental contact with the college and deliver counselling and mentoring for pupils as required. 

There will be a need to attend Parents Consultations and Awards Ceremonies.
