There are some changes to the school bus service resulting from the temporary road closure of part of Albert Royds Street from August 2010 until 31st October 2010.  This will affect the Hollingworth school 853 and 854 services at the start and end of the college day and the 855 and 856 services which operate in the afternoons.

The 853 service will start from Halifax Road/Union Road 5 minutes earlier than timetabled at 7:45am.  The 854 service will also start from Halifax Road/Hamer Lane 5 minutes earlier at 7:43am.

The buses will follow the usual route until they reaches the Howarth Cross roundabout, they will then travel along the Halifax Road, then on to Yorkshire Street and John Street before turning on to Molesworth Street and then Milnrow Road.

The return journeys including the 855/856 will follow the same route in reverse.
