Here at Hollingworth Business and Enterprise College we have a flourishing music department with approximately 70 pupils actively involved in extra-curricular activities and enjoying tuition on their chosen instruments.
We produce two shows showing a variety of talents including music, dance and drama at Christmas and at the end of term in July.

The Music department performs at the School Presentation Evenings, enter Music Festivals at Rochdale, West Pennine, Burnley and have competed at the National Festival of Music for Youth Regional Competition.
Singers from the school sang in the Commonwealth Games opening ceremony and appeared in the Royal Albert Hall in November last year.
